Below is a list of some of the services EusoffWorks provides to our fellow Eusoffians:

Photo Coverage of Events

By default, EusoffWorks will cover all hall events in the hall calendar which are made known to EusoffWorks, hence for such events no request needs to be made to the committee. Coverage of event will include sending our Photographers down to take pictures and perform post processing of pictures if necessary.

Video Coverage of Events

By default, EusoffWorks will cover all hall events in the hall calendar which are made known to EusoffWorks, hence for such events no request needs to be made to the committee. Coverage of event will include sending our Videographers down to take video footages and perform post processing of video footages if necessary.

Website Development

For Committees who wish to have their own website but do not have the resources to do so, EusoffWorks will provide hosting, design as well as development of the site. However, the complexity of the site to be developed has to be discussed and agreed upon by both the requestor and EusoffWorks.

Graphic Design

EusoffWorks’ team of competent graphic designers is trained in designing posters and banners for publicity, graphics for websites, as well as for various publications. Our designing works are usually done with the aid of computers and our products are usually in the form of digital media which can be easily converted to printed media.

Simple Application Development

EusoffWorks have a small team of capable application developers who are train to develop applications to facilitate operations in everyday hall operations. Although we do not have the resources (manpower & time) to develop a full set of software, simple applications like the “EusoffWorks Polling System” are definitely within our capabilities.

EusoffWorks Digital Media Library

EusoffWorks maintains a large database of media materials which is accessible to member EusoffWorks' Digital Media Management Team. Eusoffians who would like to have photos, video or graphics of a certain classification may submit a request to EusoffWorks and we will look through our archives and return with the media material you desire.

Full Scale Publicity Campaign

EusoffWorks offers full scale publicity campaign for events organized by hall committees. For more information please submit a request to EusoffWorks and we will arrange a meeting time to iron out the details.

All requests for media support are subject to the availability of manpower, resources and the approval of EusoffWorks. EusoffWorks reserves the right to reject any request or terminate any approved requested without any prior warning or any form of explanation.
